Revenue and Net Income recorded the highest figures in the quarter, and the Company posted higher return on invested capital<\/p>\n

In the second quarter, Tupy showed that its management initiatives and resilient business model contributed to the growth of Adjusted EBITDA, which came to R$345 million, the highest quarterly figure to date, with a margin of 13.7% in 2Q22 compared to 11.3% in 2Q21; and net income of R$180 million versus R$31 million in 2Q21.<\/p>\n

In the same period, net revenue reached R$2.5 billion, up 54%. The Company also recorded higher return on invested capital \u2013 13.6% in 2Q22 compared to 11.3% in 2Q21.<\/p>\n

In June, Tupy held its Annual Day in a hybrid manner. The event mainly addressed the Company\u2019s growth, sustainability and innovation strategies underpinning its competitiveness and engagement in the decarbonization journey.
