TUPY maintains an important environmental asset formed by forest areas located in permanent reserves in the state of Santa Catarina. Those areas are the home of water springs and endangered fauna and flora species, and contribute as “carbon sequestration” and regulate underground waters and river waters.

Besides that, the company also owns a large urban area at the Morro do Boa Vista in Joinville, one of the few remaining areas of original Atlantic Forest downtown.
