Result of an intense reflection process, which counted on the participation of an expressive group of employees of the most diverse hierarchical levels, the document gives directions to the internal public concerning actions, manners and behaviors on a daily basis, within the most elevated ethical standards.
The new Tupy Code of Ethics and Conduct covers the several publics the company has a relationship with, from customers, to suppliers, to the community, the government and the society.
